10 Tips
for a Sane and Healthy Lifestyle
- Get enough sleep.
- Schedule time on your calendar
for things you really want to do. Don't cancel.
- Allow spontaneity.
- Talk to people. Don't become
isolated.
- Build a support system.
Ask for help when you need it.
- Help others when they need your
support. Make the time.
- Have friends of all ages.Young,
old and in between.
- Stay current and respect the past.
- Travel to new places and pack
lightly.
- Don't assume anything (except
for the fact that dogs give you unconditional love.)
