MSE's founder and president is Marcia Simon, a native New Yorker and former broadcast journalist. Marcia is aligned with top-notch graphic designers, videographers, editors, bloggers, web designers, programmers and numerous creative professionals to offer a full range of high-quality public relations and promotion services. Every client has its own unique team, chosen for expertise and style to meet the needs of each campaign or project.

Marcia has earned national accreditation by the Public Relations Society of America. She is a past president of PRSA's Southern CT PRSA Chapter, is a member of NESHCO (New England Society of Health Care Communications) and MCA-I (Media Communications Association International). Marcia is also the founding member, and serves on the board of directors, of the Shoreline Network of Communications Professionals.

Shoreline Network of Communication Professionals

This group was designed to provide professional development opportunities and resources for senior level professionals who want to work more efficiently by networking with colleagues "close to home." The group meets monthly for lunch at various locations between New Haven and New London. All people who work in, or offer services to, the public relations profession are welcome.
